Within the Silence highlights the effects of Roosevelt’s 1942 Executive Order 9066 that imprisoned thousands of American families because of racism and fear. Witness this silent chapter of our history through the eyes of one Japanese American family as they fight to stay together and sustain faith in the country they love.
