Polish Cultural Center – Dom Polski Consular Visit

The long awaited consular visit to Seattle, only to process passport applications, is happening at last. The Consul will be available at the Polish Cultural Center Dom Polski, by reservation only, 9 am to 6 pm on Friday and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday. To make a reservation send an email to la.paszporty@msz.gov.pl with the subject line “DYŻUR W SEATTLE” and with message stating your name, the PESEL number or the passport number and a preferred time.
